• Human Rights in Times of Pandemic

    The Editors and Organizers of LexCult journal, from the Federal Justice Cultural Center (CCJF), are pleased to present this issue, entitled HUMAN RIGHTS IN TIMES OF PANDEMIC.

    This issue has 10 (ten) works totally edited remotely that reflect on issues involving human rights in the context of the new coronavirus pandemic, as well as discussions on feminism, education and sociology.

    The editors and organizers of the DOSSIER MEMORY, HISTORY, ARCHIVES AND MUSEUMS OF THE JUDICIARY, of the LexCult Journal from the Federal Justice Cultural Center (CCJF) are pleased to present the second part of the aforementioned Dossier which, like the first one, presents relevant papers for the preservation of the memory and archives of the Judiciary.

    We would like to thank all the authors and evaluators who worked hard so that we could complete the first and second parts. We would also like to record our special thanks to Dr. Carlos Alexandre Böttcher, who, in partnership with CCJF, acted as organizer and editor of this Dossier.

    The first part, which we now present, is composed of 10 academic-scientific papers that reflect on the importance of preserving the memory and archives of the Brazilian Judiciary.

    It is with great satisfaction that we present our readers the 3rd issue of 2019, a 2-year anniversary edition of the Journal's existence.

    In this issue, besides themes related to Constitutional Law, Public Policies, social and gender matters, we also publish three works in partnership with the Air Force University (Universidade da Força Aérea - UNIFA), which approach themes related to militar air mail, archivology and the Father of Aviation, Santos Dumont.

    The editors of LexCult Journal present its 5th Edition (V.3, N.1), the first issue of 2019. To open this issue, we welcome a message from the new leaders of TRF2, biennium 2019/2020 - Federal Judges Dr. Reis Friede (President) and Dr. Messod Azulay Neto (Vice-President). 

    This edition, besides studies related to legal sciences, also publishes a dossier on cinema, whose texts were presented in the Forum on Audiovisual: National Cinema under Discussion, event that took place at the Federal Justice Cultural Centre (CCJF) on november 2018.
